LIGHT vs DARKNESS

Can there be a union or
melding of Christianity (light) and Islam (darkness)?

Chrislam began in Nigeria in the 1980s, and Chrislamic ideas have spread throughout much of the world. The essential concept of Chrislam is that Christianity and Islam are compatible, that one can be a Christian and a Muslim at the same time. Chrislam is not an actual religion, but rather is a blurring of the differences and distinctions between Christianity and Islam in an attempt to conceive what will become the “One World Religion” of Revelations.

Advocates of Chrislam like to point out that Jesus is mentioned 25 times in the Qur’an, and that Christianity and Islam having similar teachings on morals and ethics. They feel that if the two largest monotheistic religions to unite and the unification will bring about world peace.

While the term “Chrislam” is currently a major buzz word in almost all of the various religious and secular media there is little understanding of the doctrine upon which it is based. Right now what people need to understand what concessions “Christian” denominations and Churches are goint to have to make in order for there to be a “unification” of Christianity with Islam (note I did not say a unification of Islam with Christianity). There is grave danger at the end of this road of appeasement.

What this will require of these denominations and Churches is a renouncing of the basic principles of the Christian Faith and a virtual surrendering to Islam. The Islamic community, locally and internationally, are more than open for Christians to open up their facilities to Muslims. But you can be sure that it will not be the other way around. We will not see mosques placing Bibles within their facilities nor opening up their facilities to Christians, until those advocates of Chrislam swears allegiance to Islam and Allah. This is because it falls within the overall strategy of islamification. The Qur’an maintains that Allah is the only God and that He is sovereign over the entire earth. Hence, He is sovereign over churches and their facilities. It therefore only makes sense that the worship of Allah, as taught in the Qur’an, would slowly extend into these facilities. The end-game, of course, is that churches would transform their doctrines and theologies to conform to Islam. The most crucial doctrine of the Christian faith is rejected in Islam. As a result, the two religions are absolutely not compatible.

Christian doctrines that would have to be set aside:

  • The doctrin of the Trinity
  • The doctrine of the hypostatic union of Christ—where Jesus is fully God and fully Man, two natures in one person
  • That Jesus was the Son of God
  • The virgin birth
  • That Jesus died on the cross to redeem all mankind
  • Jesus was not crucified and His blood has no special significance
  • The doctrine of salvation by faith—that entrance into Heaven is based upon grace and not by personal merit.

Islam adamantly rejects the deity of Christ. The Qur’an declares the idea that Jesus is God to be blasphemy (5:17). Belief in the deity of Christ is considered shirk “filth” to Muslims. Further, Islam denies the death of Christ on the cross (4:157-158).

Chrislam corresponds to the strategy of the Muslim Brotherhood. A senior member of the Muslim Brotherhood, for example, has written: “The ikhwan [Brotherhood] must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.” Hence, this broadly defined strategy sees multi-culturalism and religious pluralism as merely a means to an end. The end is the triumph of Islam over all other religions.

The Christians that are embracing “Chrislam” have taken the position that all doctrine is negotiable and therefore the opening up their facilities to Muslims makes good sense. This attitude, known as theological liberalism, entered the Church in the eighteenth century during the Age of the Enlightenment. Now in the twentieth century it has incorporated the philosophies of existentialism into its understanding of Christianity, accordingly it’s mantra has become unity through and with diversity.

Within the walls of these “churches’ all that truly matters is lifestyle: love, peace, harmony, non-judgmentalism, and the like. Today they even embraced homosexuality as a legitimate lifestyle choice, and they are typically pro-choice—that is, they affirm the practice of abortion for women and wish to keep it legal. It only stands to reason that they would now open their churches to Islam, but that will require a serious adjustment in their liberalistic doctrine:

Precepts of Islam that will slowly be integrated into ‘chrislam’ doctrine:

  • Sharia Law will be the only law that is recognized
  • Islam says that all homosexuals must die
  • A woman who has an affair must be put to death
  • Sharia law gives a Muslim man authority to take any (non-Muslin) woman as a sex slave, and it is not consider to be an affair
  •  All women are considered as second class.
  • Any cross or the emblems of any cross must be removed or taken down
  • Any references to the crucifixion, the blood of Jesus, and salvation by faith must be removed.
  • All Jews, Christians and anyone who will not convert to Islam must be killed, and any who do convert will have the status as a ‘Dhimmitude’
  • For their Mahidi (Messiah) to return there must be Islamic Caliphate (Islamic world wide government and religion)
  • Upon the return of their Mahidi, Jesus will also return, not as the Messiah but as a prophet and He will renounce Christianity, and demand the destruction of all crosses

Yet, many churches maintain that doctrine is important. It is neither negotiable nor inconvenient. It is that which defines the Christian faith. Historically, this has been the posture of the church since its inception. Jesus Christ declared: “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me” (John 14:6). The Apostle Peter added: “Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

In the early church, Christians were thrown to the lions because they refused to let go of fundamental Christian dogma, others were crucified, and in medieval Europe, Christians were burned at the stake due to their refusal to recant. It is, as the writer to the Hebrews explained: “All these people were still living by faith when they died…they were longing for a better country—a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them” (Hebrews 11:13, 16). Accordingly, for the church the notion of Chrislam is a spiritual atrocity of the first order.

Yes, Christians are called upon to love all people, including their enemies. But they are also called upon to love God. And loving God requires that He be worshipped aright. Opening up churches to Muslims so that they can worship Allah in a way that reflects Islamic teachings are to disgrace Jesus Christ. It must not be done.

Either Chrislam will ultimately fail or Christianity will become an outlaw religion because Christianity and Islam are diametrically opposed on the most important of issues – the identity of Jesus Christ. True Christianity declares Jesus to be God incarnated in human form. For Christians, the deity of Christ is a non-negotiable, for without His deity, Jesus’ death on the cross would not have been sufficient to be the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the entire world.

Islam teaches that when the prophet “Isa” and the Mahidi return Jesus will also be with them, but he will be a Lieutenant for the Mahidi. Islam teaches that Jesus will openly state that he has been accepted by the Mahidi, that Christianity is a false religion, that he did not die on the cross, and that there is no salvation in his name or thorough his blood. Islam teachs that Jesus will proclaim that he will kill all Jews and Christians who will not convert to Islam. Left unchecked and not challenged with the truth “Chrislam” will be a wedge of destruction that the Muslim Brotherhood and other terrorist groups in the U.S. will use to bring about the destruction of our way of life.

  • 2nd Corinthians 6:14-17 Stop forming inappropriate relationships with unbelievers. Can right and wrong be partners? Can light have anything in common with darkness? Can Christ agree with the devil? Can a believer share life with an unbeliever? Can God’s temple contain false gods? Clearly, we are the temple of the living God. As God said, “I will live and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” The Lord says, “Get away from unbelievers. Separate yourselves from them. Have nothing to do with anything unclean. Then I will welcome you.”

The rule of law that we now enjoy will become a thing of the past and our nation as we know it will cease to exist. “Chrislam” is a cancer that if it is not stopped will drive the true Church of Jesus Christ underground. At the present time 57% of those who say they are Evangelical Christians have either already embraced “chrislam” and say that they are planning on following this recent trend within their denomination..

This nation was founded upon the principles of Christianity and this new doctrine of demons spawned in the very belly of hell itself called “chrislam” will have to directly oppose those principles for any Muslim to accept or agree with it. True Christianity is now in a fight for it’s very survival, and all those who boldly proclaim that Jesus is their savior and Lord must take a stand against this apostate heretical doctrine that will deny that Jesus is the Son of God, the true Messiah, and that He is the one who purchased our salvation by His sacrifice upon the cross.

False Practices in the Church Exposed

Much of what is written and exposed here I have worked against for years.  Today more than any other time in the history of the Church we need pure doctrine – not the occult.  The souls of countless thousand stand to be lost if we stand idely by and do not sound the alarm and stand ready to teach sound doctrine – the Doctrine of Christ.

Ezekiel 33:9  Nevertheless, if thou warn the wicked of his way to turn from it; if he do not turn from his way, he shall die in his iniquity; but thou hast delivered thy soul.

PROPHETIC MOVEMENT in AN UPROAR – Please Forward -Andrew Strom, moderator and founder of:

http://www.johnthebaptisttv.com/

Earlier this week we published big chunks of Dennis Cramer’s “Word for 2011” in which he basically tears into a lot of the flakey and dangerous “New Age”-type practices found in today’s Prophetic movement. Well, to my great amazement, I found that the Elijah List had actually published Cramer’s piece as well! And it caused such a storm that they had to remove it after just one day – for “clarification”! But then they re-published it – only slightly changed!

For those who don’t know, the Elijah List is the main email List for the Prophetic movement – publishing the likes of Todd Bentley, Patricia King, Rick Joyner, Bob Jones, etc. It also sells mounds of their books and CD’s. For the Elijah List to publish something that basically refutes all the “Spirit Travel” and “Third Heaven Visitation” stuff is simply unbelievable. It would almost be like the Pope refuting the veneration of Mary!

I don’t know what the Elijah List was thinking, but I’m sure glad they did it. Now maybe there’s a chance that some of their readers will get out from under those dangerous deceptions.

But I am left a bit dazed by it all – because the very ones who have been advocating “spirit travel AT WILL” and “Trance dancing”and ‘Third Heaven visits AT WILL’ are the very ministries that the Elijah List has been promoting all these years!

Here is what the Elijah List founder Steve Schultz wrote after they pulled the first article when it caused such a storm- “Dear Elijah List Readers,  There was a huge number of people who were unclear on a few issues with Dennis Cramer’s word…

The most controversial aspect was the “AT WILL” issue. Apparently, there are some out and about who are teaching that you can transport or go to Heaven “AT WILL” – i.e. whenever you want. This is truly not taught in Scripture. The word “Doctrine” is another word for “teaching.” It’s an untrue teaching that anytime you want, you can go to Heaven or be transported… As soon as Dennis Cramer sends us a more in-depth explanation of the items he listed, we plan to repost my friend’s word.”

ANDREW AGAIN:  Steve – I’m so glad you wrote this, but do you truly realize what you are saying? Don’t you know that Bob Jones and Todd Bentley and Patricia King, etc, are the VERY BIGGEST promoters of all this “AT WILL” deception that you are talking about?

Patricia King even has a whole movement of “Ekstasis” Trance dancing! These guys have entire reams of teaching on how to “visualize” your way into the Third Heaven ‘AT WILL’. They have been promoting it for years. Surely you know this? That’s why your readers are so upset. Dennis Cramer is finally exposing and rebuking this stuff as the ‘New Age’ heresy that it really is.

On January 15, Elijah List reposted the “re-clarified” word from Dennis Cramer on their website. It was a little softer in places, but still it said the following very clearly:

“One cannot go to Heaven like Paul or be transported physically like Phillip simply because they want to or because they feel like it (at will). Teachings like this often crossover into dangerous methods and techniques that resemble New Age, Mysticism, Spiritism or other occult manipulative practices. A Believer cannot and must not force, manipulate, or otherwise attempt to reproduce a sovereign supernatural Bible experience by merely following a method, a series of steps, or worst of all “willing it” to happen.”

In the same re-posted word, Dennis Cramer went on to say-

“• Open Heaven/Spiritual Portals = BAD DOCTRINE • Third Heaven Experiences At Will = BAD DOCTRINE • Going to Heaven At Will to Get Your Gifts = BAD DOCTRINE • Transporting Physically At Will = BAD DOCTRINE • Over-Emphasis on Angels and Specifically Arc-Angels = BAD DOCTRINE • Going into Trances At Will = BAD DOCTRINE • Trance Dancing = BAD DOCTRINE • Hyper-Grace: Christians Do Not Need to Repent of Sin = BAD DOCTRINE”

Well – there goes the Prophetic movement!

Make no mistake about it – Reiki, meditation, tantric sex – these are very powerful mystical experiences that have the capability to delude and deceive those who are involved with it. While many of the health ideas these three doctors share in their books and DVDs are legitimate (exercise, vitamins, and good diet, etc.), these doctors firmly believe in meditation and want to make it widely accepted and embraced and have interwoven this belief into their programs. As Dr. Amen admitted himself, he wants to tell everyone he knows about meditation. Rick Warren and Saddleback are in danger as could be the millions who Rick Warren influences.

We urge all discerning believers to contact their own pastors  and any other pastors or leaders they know to warn them about what is taking place in the name of wellness and fitness in the church. We urge you also to contact ministries who have, in one way or another, either through consent or silence, supported the “new” spirituality that is trying to enter the church and tell them where it leads.  The wellness and fitness aspect of this is just another face of this whole movement that is impacting our entire culture.

In this plea, consider what Roger Oakland stated at the end of Faith Undone:

There are still pastors and churches dedicated to proclaiming the truth. Find out where they are and support them. If you are in a location where this does not seem to be possible, seek out materials that are available from solid Bible-based Christian ministries and hold Bible studies in your homes.

When Jesus returns, He will not find a utopian world filled with peace but one in shambles, unrest, violence, and war for having forsaken the Word of God, the true Gospel, and the One true God. Rather than being a time when He will praise the world for discovering its christ-consciousness, He will come as a Judge and powerful King (p. 230).

How Great is That Darkness

HOW GREAT is THAT DARKNESS
-by Coach Dave Daubenmire.

“But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness” -Matthew 6:23

Okay Lord, I’ll write it. But I really don’t understand why you give me these dirty jobs. Why haven’t you anointed me to write about the evil Democrats, or say, those God-haters who want to take Manger Scenes off of the courthouse steps? Why can’t I be like Ann Coulter and just expose liberals? Why do I always have to write things about folks who are supposed to be on my side? The liberals hate me enough…why do I have to keep poking “conservatives” in the eye?

It won’t be long before I won’t be welcome anywhere in Christian circles. But I promised you years ago that I would be faithful to write and speak what you put in my spirit. As President John Adams famously said, “Duty is ours. The results belong to God.”

So, I’ll lay it out there and trust you have a reason for putting the words in my heart.

Most Christians are not. Not really disciples of Jesus that is. As I go about my work, I have become more and more convinced of that truth. The American Experience is in trouble because those who claim to be followers of Jesus really don’t follow Him.

Oh, don’t get me wrong, they “go to church,” and most “believe in God,” but they are not followers of Jesus. They don’t even know what that means…to follow Jesus…even though they are “Christians.” In fact, I doubt whether the Apostle Paul, or any of the first-century believers, would even recognize the “religion” that we call “Christianity” today. Just wondering….was Jesus a “Christian?”

Jesus hated religion. It was the “religious” folks that He tried to free us from. “But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.”

Read Mathew 23 to understand better what He had to say to “religious” leaders. He stated it better than I can.

Look. Christianity is not a religion, it is not “going to church”, it is not a set of rules and regulations after which you pattern your life, it is not a crutch for the weak, it is not an answer on the US Census, and it is not a home business designed to increase one’s earthly possessions.

Christianity is the life of Jesus living through you. It is an exchange of your life for His, a living out of His nature instead of yours, a “putting on” of the life of Jesus, not a process where you “accept” Him, or “receive” Him, or “come” to Him. It is a death process…a dying of you and your old nature…a transformation really…out of an old life to a new one. “Christ IN you, the hope of Glory.”

Most folks who identify as Christians claim to know Jesus as Savior. Very few know Him as Lord.

That’s why Christianity is so shallow in America. We love the “Savior” part of Jesus, but aren’t quite ready to bow to that “Lord” thingee. Most are interested in having “their Savior” bless their endeavors, but few are willing to “lay down their lives” for Him.

Everyone wants to “follow Jesus” until they find out where He is going…He is heading to a Cross…and He asks you to take up yours and follow Him. This flies in the face of popular Christianity and its “felt needs”…

The hearts of Americans are hard to pierce. Stephen called folks like us “Ye stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always resist the Holy Ghost: as your fathers did, so do ye.”

How did the religious folks receive Stephen and his honest rebuke?  “Then they cried out with a loud voice, and stopped their ears, and ran upon him with one accord, And cast him out of the city, and stoned him…”

Here is what I am getting at. Most “Christians” are not open to the true Gospel because they already think they have it. They have learned to compartmentalize it, to compromise it, to hang it on the coat rack. But they have heard a different Gospel. They have been taught to follow Christianity, not Jesus.

“For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.” -Jude

Do yourself a favor. Take the time to read the book of Acts. It is a record of the “Gospel” being lived out by those who were most familiar with the Savior. You will look long and hard, far and wide, to find anything even remotely resembling the modern-day Humanistic, self-serving, Jesus-wants-me-to-be-happy-and-rich-Gospel belching out of the pulpits today. Would they invite Paul, the greatest evangelist the world has ever known, to appear on TBN? Would Rick Warren and Joel Osteen allow him to stand in their pulpits? Can you picture him “dancing with the stars?”

Americans are following a “different” Gospel, which is “no Gospel at all.”

“Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:”

Permit me to state it more succinctly so that there can be no misunderstanding of the point I am trying to make. Most church-goers are not followers of Jesus. They are merely members of a social club called “Christianity”. “Membership has its advantages….”

How do you heal someone who doesn’t know he is sick? How do you save someone who doesn’t think he is lost?

“If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness…”

Americanized Christianity has everything backwards. Somewhere along the line the life-denying-Gospel has morphed into a life-enhancement Gospel. Instead of us giving ourselves for the advancement of the Kingdom we have been fooled into believing that Jesus gave Himself so we could be masters of our own kingdom.

The idea of sacrifice and suffering is anathema to modern, Americanized Christianity. How else can you possibly explain the calloused attitude that most “Christians” have towards the “increase of His government and peace.”

Read Mathew 13. It is here that we read of the wheat and the tares which GROW UP TOGETHER. That’s right. When you go to “church” on Sunday it would behoove you to look around. Many of those sitting beside you are destined for the bon-fire. They look like Christians, the sing like Christians, and they speak the Christian “language”, but they are not children of the Lord.

“Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” -Mathew 7

Could it be that many are getting the wrong answer because they are being asked the wrong question? It is not “do you know Jesus”, but rather, “does Jesus know You?”

In recent polls eight-five per cent of all Americans self-identify as Christians, yet this nation has become a moral wasteland.  “Christians” complain about others “shoving Christianity down our throats.” “Christians” declare that “religion” is a “private matter”
while atheistic teachings swamp their children in “public schools.”  “Christians” have abortions and vote for “pro-abortion” candidates.  “Christians” embrace homosexuality. “Christians” fail to keep their marriage vows. “Christians” ignore the precepts that Jesus taught.

How do you rescue someone who doesn’t think he needs rescued?  How do you bring sight to one who thinks he sees? How do you bring knowledge to one who thinks he knows? How do you bring truth to one who doesn’t know he is deceived? How do you bring light to one who doesn’t know it is dark?

America is the most “Gospelized” nation in the world, but my dealings with Americanized “Christians” have convinced me that the greatest mission field in the world is inside the four walls of most American churches.

The darkness thinks it is light.

“And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?”

“Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble.”

Most “Christians” don’t know enough about Jesus to tremble.

How great is that darkness…

Once again a truly great article which I feel needs to be added to my Blog.  I am only sorry that I was not the one to write it, but I do agree with the writer.  I can only pray that those within the Church truly receive a wake up call while it is still possible.

Hello world!

I was commissioned by the Lord Jesus to establish (A.C.T.S.)  Ambassadors for Christ Training School“, a Holy Spirit lead school teaching the members of the Body of Christ how to live and minister as an Ambassador of Christ, a visible representive of the Kingdom of Heaven. There is also advance training for those who wish to become one of “God’s Special Forces”, elite warriors who will be sent into the enemies backyard to pull down all of the strongholds and establish a “Kingdom of Heaven Embassy”.  We offer both regular classroom instruction and live interactive internet instruction as well.

I also conduct Disaster Preparedness Seminars for small groups, Churches, and Fellowships.  The teaching is designed to equip them to be able to safely remain at their currently location under a state of prolonged emergency, or move safely in ‘convoy’ from their current location to another.   I have prepared a  comprehensive “Disaster Preparedness Manual” that anyone may requested.
